Refund policy
At LEHM Cosmetics, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at support@lehmcosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Returns should be sent to the address that we notify you of when we acknowledge your return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@lehmcosmetics.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order, contact support@lehmcosmetics.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel before dispatch. Once dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
