You've almost certainly seen it: the TikTok clip where someone peels a milky mask off overnight and wakes up with genuinely glowing skin. Here's what's actually going on, and how to use it properly.

Why it's not a normal sheet mask

Most sheet masks are a piece of fabric soaked in essence. BIODANCE is different: it's a hydrogel, which means the essence itself has been solidified into a flexible, jelly-like mask. There's no fabric carrier. When you apply it to clean skin, it responds to your skin's temperature and moulds to your face, gripping the contours. That close contact is the whole point — it lets the actives absorb rather than evaporate.

• Ultra-low-molecular collagen. Ordinary collagen molecules are too large to penetrate skin — which is why a lot of "collagen" products sit on the surface. BIODANCE uses a patented, tiny-molecular-weight collagen designed to actually get in, where it supports firmness and smooths the look of fine lines.
• Oligo-hyaluronic acid. A small-molecule hyaluronic acid that hydrates both at the surface and deeper down, for that plumped, dewy finish. (The formula is extremely hydration-focused — a big part of why skin looks so bouncy after.)
• A probiotic ferment complex (Galactomyces, Lactobacillus and Bifida ferments) that helps strengthen the skin barrier and refine the look of pores and texture.
